Power for Witness
We’re praying together for a fresh move of God among us, asking for boldness to witness as we prepare for Spirit & Truth Weekend
(September 25–27).

Acts 1:8 “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in
all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
PRAY TOGETHER
Lord, I ask that You would embolden us to be direct witnesses of Your goodness and Your glory all over our
community. I pray that Your Spirit would rain down, giving us the confidence and conviction to proclaim Your
name. I pray that we would be sensitive to who You want us to share with and where You want us to do it. Lord,
remind us each day as we wake up that we are called to run the race You have set out for us, and that we have a
role in bringing You to others. Lord, thank You for the stories we have that enable us to testify of how awesome
You are. Thank You for being with us every time we face the anxiety that comes with being bold. Thank You for
being so worth sharing. We pray all this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
