A Blessing for Generations
We’re praying together for a fresh move of God among us and our families, as we prepare for Spirit & Truth Weekend (September 25–27).

offspring, and my blessing on your descendants.”
PRAY TOGETHER
Dear God,
We come before You today with grateful hearts, thanking You for the opportunity to come together in unison.
We are so thankful for those who have gone before and faithfully shared Your love, lived out Your truth, and
kept the flame of faith burning for the generations that followed.
Lord, Your Word tells us in Isaiah 44:3, ‘For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I
will pour out My Spirit on your offspring, and My blessing on your descendants.’ Today we ask that You fulfill
that promise among us. Pour out Your Spirit on this congregation, on our children, our grandchildren, and the
generations still to come. Let Your blessing rest upon every family represented here.
Make us Your hands and feet. Help us to raise a generation of believers who know You, love You, and boldly
follow You. Fill each of us with Your Holy Spirit, guide us by Your light, and give us hearts that reflect Your love.
May our lives point others to You, and may the seeds of faith we plant today continue to grow and multiply for
generations.
We ask all of this in the precious and holy name of Jesus. Amen.
